The Clay County Courthouse will be closed for the following holidays. Observed holidays occurring on Saturday will normally be observed on the preceding Friday and a holiday occurring on a Sunday will normally be observed on the following Monday.

When the courthouse is closed, please continue to utilize the convenient drop box near the back door on the south side of the courthouse.
